Some dry rot on suspension coils and small part of frame, see photos. Exhaust piping and muffler probably OG and will need attention sooner than later. Trace, dry signs of radiator fluid leaking. Is not and has never run hot.
New timing belt - changed 6.8K miles ago – new belts and water pump at same time.
New battery
New front brake pads
