2000 Toyota Celsior

The legendary Toyota Celsior is such a JDM joy and is a great example of Toyota engineering. Badged as the Lexus LS430 in the US, the Toyota Celsior was one of Japan’s flagship sedans in the early 90s and late 2000s. And of course, our 2000 Toyota Celsior comes with all the JDM goodies. Engine/Driveline– This vehicle includes the legendary 3UZ-FE V8 Engine (4.3L), that’s still running strong. This is the legendary V8 from Toyota and was first introduced in 1989. The engine has 121,167 miles on the clock, which is still young for this platform. The reliability of this engine well known and parts are widely available in the US. The engine is mated to a 5-Speed automatic transmission and shifts through each gear smoothly with no issues. Exterior- The paint is the original and was well taken care of. Other than a few nicks and blemishes, there are no signs of abuse and no signs of rust. The panels are intact and are in good shape. The side mirrors work as they should, and the taillights/headlights are in great working order. The wheels are also original and show no sign of abuse. The suspension is original, making this an excellent start for a VIP build. Interior – This vehicle comes equipped with cloth seats, power- adjustable seatbelts, power locks/windows, memory seats, SRS airbags, heated seats, and telescopic steering wheel. This even came equipped with a cabin air purifier that was an exclusive feature in the JDM models. The cruise control works and all the gauges are in good working order. The sound system is original and comes with the factory CD changer. The side mirrors also work. AC blows cold and heat works as it should. Service Work – Our service team went to work on this JDM gem and changed the oil and oil filter, new spark plugs, new front/rear rotors + pads, new air filter, new wipers, new battery, and 4 brand -new Falken tires & tire alignment. As mentioned above, the Toyota Celsior was badged the Lexus LS430 stateside so all parts and upgrades will be easy to source.
