This is the top TC trim Sambar dump truck. The Sambar is the only kei truck ever built with a four-cylinder engine. Every competitor runs a three-cylinder. The EN07V is smoother, more refined, and vibrates less at idle than anything else in this class. The TC trim adds A/C, power steering, driver airbag, and two speakers from the factory. The base Sambar comes with one. It is a small thing and it is a real thing. The electric dump bed is controlled by a switch in the cab. No PTO, no drivetrain load required. The bed raises and lowers cleanly. We tested it under load. It works correctly. The bed shows wear consistent with a truck that was used as a dump truck, which is expected. The structure is solid. Timing belt was done at 87,000 km. This is a non-interference engine, so a belt snap would not destroy the engine, but a fresh belt is still the right call. Currently at 62,220 miles and properly maintained. Before listing we went through the known weak points on this platform: New expansion tank installed. The original plastic tanks dry rot with age and leak coolant silently until the system runs dry. Most people do not catch this until the engine overheats. We replaced it with a new unit before listing. New Toprun wheels with Yokohama tires, larger than OEM for better grip and stability. All fluids, filters, spark plugs replaced. Cold A/C.
