Description

This is a very well-kept 1992 Acura NSX finished in its original Formula Red with 102,435 original miles. I’ve owned this car since 2018 and only put a little over 3400 miles (1k was from picking the car up from NC). It's one of the cleanest NSX on the market with no accidents in near perfect condition, garage kept, paint is flawless, ceramic coated entire car and has a full front PPF done. Exterior is 9.5/10 Interior is 9/10. Seats are perfect with no bolster wear reupholstered 3 yrs ago, brand new tires Dunlop Direzza ZIII tires (215/40-17 | 265/35-18 less than 6 months on them). 

All maintenance up to date with full synthetic oil changes every 6 months, no leaks, clutch is perfect, have all receipts for any part or service. According to the previous owner there was a snap-ring failure back in 2009. The outer transmission case was replaced with a new (updated) one and there have been no issues since. It has the original CD changer, OEM head unit, and AC control module. Everything works. AC and heat work perfectly. 

The following is a list of what was done within the last 4000 miles. All replacement parts were new Acura OEM or Science of Speed upgrades. 

Recent Maintenance:

  • Replaced timing belt w/ adjuster pulley and spring 
  • Replaced water pump, thermostat, and every coolant hose on the entire car (over 20 hoses) 
  • Replaced crankshaft pulley and all drive belts 
  • Performed valve adjustment. 
  • Replaced VTEC lost motion assemblies, valve cover gaskets, and VTEC spool filters 
  • Replaced fuel filter, air filter, and spark plugs 
  • Replaced trunk struts, engine hatch glass struts, and tail light gaskets 
  • Replaced brake master cylinder, flushed brake system, and bled clutch slave cylinder 
  • Only OEM Honda filters, transmission oil, and coolant were used.
