1997 Mitsubishi Delica L400

Rare 1997 Mitsubishi Delica L400 camper conversion, converted by Fekisoh Body in Japan (who still does camper conversions), and imported from Japan. Right-hand drive, automatic. Clean Oregon title. Not seen too many like this one. Engine: 3.0-liter 6G72 V6 gas engine, which was in many US domestic vehicles so parts are readily available in the US. Four wheel drive with 4lo and 4hi. Easily does 75+ mph on highways with no problems. Exterior: 3 bike Fiamma bike rack, 200W solar panel on roof, Fiamma canopy, recently re-caulked on entire roof. Height is just under 10’, length just over 18’, and width is just around 6’. Fits easily in a regular parking spot. Shore power connection with cord provided. Interior: seat belts for 6, sleeping for up to 5 with 2 in the upper loft. The upper loft is comfortable for anyone up to 6’. The former rear corner wet bathroom was converted to a storage closet. The closet still has a roof vent. 2-way ceiling fan that runs off the auxiliary house battery. Standing height is about 6’2” inside. Plenty of upper storage cabinets. Storage cabinets under the longer bench seat. Two small storage cabinets near rear door as well. All windows open and have screens including the two windows in the upper loft. Rear door also has a screen door. All windows have curtains. Table with seating for 4-5 around the table. Kitchen: sink with electric pump, two 5-gallon water jugs that fit into lower cabinet (one for fresh water and one for waste water). Refrigerator under the sink. Tires: Yokohama snow-rated tires, with only about 10,000 miles on them. Recent alignment done. Auxiliary power/heat: auxiliary house battery that is charged from the alternator, solar panel and shore power. 1200 Watt inverter. House heat is provided by a Webasto gas heater that runs off gas from the gas tank. All components contained within rear seat. Truly an all season setup and off-grid capable. Other Features: recently installed Jensen receiver for Apple/Android Carplay with backup camera. 96,000km on odometer.
