1999 Honda Acty HA7 – 4WD, 5-Speed Manual, Alloy Wheels, Dual Airbags The 1999 Honda Acty HA7 represents the newer generation of Honda’s legendary kei truck platform. Compact, reliable, and extremely capable, these trucks have become one of the most trusted Japanese mini trucks worldwide. This Acty is equipped with full-time 4WD and a 5-speed manual transmission, making it both practical and enjoyable to drive in a variety of conditions. Power comes from Honda’s reliable fuel-injected (EFI) engine paired with power steering, making the truck easy to drive both in the city and on longer trips. One of the most noticeable upgrades on this truck is the wheel setup. Instead of the original narrow steel wheels, this Acty sits on real 14-inch alloy wheels. The wheels are paired with 165/60R14 Dunlop tires installed by us in Japan. This wider setup dramatically improves highway stability and handling compared to the original wheels. At American road speeds the truck feels more planted and significantly more comfortable to drive. The truck was fully serviced at our facility in Japan before being imported. Service included new battery, fresh fluids, replacement of alternator and A/C belts, and full inspection of the vehicle. This Acty also features a rare configuration for kei trucks of this era, including dual airbags for both driver and passenger as well as ABS braking. Most trucks of this generation only include a driver airbag. Inside, the vehicle features clean cloth seats, factory radio, speakers on both sides, and carpet flooring. Most Acty trucks use rubber floors, but this configuration provides a more comfortable interior. The truck still retains its electronic ETC toll unit from Japan, showing the vehicle was actively used and maintained rather than sitting unused. Mileage is only 93,512 km (58,000 miles) and the vehicle remains completely rust free. As with all our vehicles, we personally drive and test our cars and trucks. They do not simply sit on a lot. We use them regularly to make sure everything works exactly as it should before the vehicle reaches its next owner.
